Licensed Architect with 5 years experience in commercial design.

 

Licensed Architect Job Description:

Position will be responsible for leading project teams and consultants in design and project delivery capacities. Position will also require marketing and sales capabilities in the recruitment and retention of new clients. Position will work with the senior architects, designers and other project team members to produce schematic design through construction documents drawings. Position must have working knowledge and experience in construction administration, AIA contract documents, and project specifications. Position will require close attention to detail and strong project management capabilities. Position will be responsible for development of presentation & design imagery and assist in cultivating solutions for the projects at hand.

Licensed Architect Minimum Requirements:
Professional Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
Must possess professional architectural registration.
Experience using AutoCAD (proficient using 2010 or newer version).
Must be willing to become Revit-proficient.
Must have experience using Photoshop, 3-D modeling software such as 3d max, Rhino, or Sketch Up.
Sustainable Design / LEED-AP and government (VA) project experience a plus.
Candidate must have strong visual and verbal presentation skills and be capable of functioning in design, research, and project leadership roles, working directly with principles and associated project team members and consultants.

Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 7 years experience in Architectural design.

 

Mechanical Engineer Job Description:

Position will be responsible for the design of mechanical and plumbing systems from schematic design through construction administration on a wide range of building types. Position will prepare and document required code research, and participate in the development of project cost estimates and design to them. Position will be required to produce technical specifications for each project. Position will require close attention to detail, strong project management capabilities, and will assist in cultivating solutions for the projects at hand.

Mechanical Engineer (PE) Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Professional Registration is required (Indiana and Michigan at a minimum).
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional services from schematic design through project close-out, including design and technical expertise.
Comprehensive understanding of the coordination aspects and related requirements of all design disciplines.
Experience using AutoCAD (proficient using 2012 or newer version).
Must be willing to become Revit-proficient.

Graduate Architect Job Description:

This position will be responsible for supporting project teams and consultants in design and project delivery capacities. Position will work with senior architects, designers and other project team members to produce schematic design through construction documents drawings and specifications. Position will require close attention to detail and strong field verification and measurement capabilities. Position will be responsible for development of presentation & design imagery and assist in cultivating solutions for the projects at hand. This team member will research products and data to support design solutions and will work with the architectural production teams to execute designs. Other duties as assigned.

Graduate Architect Minimum Requirements:
• Professional Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience using AutoCAD (proficient using 2010 or newer version).
• Must be willing to become Revit-proficient.
• Must have experience using Photoshop, 3-D modeling software such as 3d max, Rhino, or Sketch Up.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
