LEED®
SUSTAINABLE
ARCHITECTURE

icon leed

Our approach to sustainability incorporates attributes from the natural environment and blends them into built environments. We take into full consideration the natural resources of a building site, including wind, water, solar and geothermal properties. Wherever possible, we utilize local building resources, recycled content materials and high-performance building systems that reduce the long-term costs to maintain and operate both new and existing buildings. As we strive to design buildings that meet or exceed LEED® certification standards and fit the context of the landscape that surrounds them, we continue to raise the bar on green design.
