Plant Expansion

A 48,000 square feet manufacturing plant expansion and 6,000 square feet facility renovation for TRIN, Inc. is located in Ashley, Indiana. The facility expansion is used primarily for assembling and warehousing electronic automotive switches, power switches, defogging and cruise control assemblies. The addition doubled the size of their existing manufacturing and warehousing spaces. The addition also includes new conference rooms, exercise rooms, showers, entry canopy, vestibule, and restrooms. The renovation includes repurposed existing space into a conference room, first aid room, entry vestibule, and 300 repurposed employee lockers. Site improvements include additional parking spaces, site development, added docks, and an improved retention pond.
