Winona Lake Residence

New Residence

A 8,830 square feet Craftsman-style lakefront home located on Winona Lake was constructed using 4” SIPs (structural insulated panels). The SIPs give the exterior walls a true R-24 insulation rating, as well as reduce the potential of air and noise infiltration. The new home is constructed using recycled content materials as well as many other sustainable products. Spaces include a three and a half (3-1/2) car garage, master bedroom suite, living room, study, kitchen, dining room, butler’s pantry, laundry, outdoor kitchen, spa room, storage, exercise room, recreation room, media room, family room, three season room, and three (3) additional bedrooms.
