Renovate for Hospitality House
A full renovation of an existing building created a Hospitality House for overnight visitors to the Battle Creek V.A. Medical Center campus. Renovations included updating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, new interior space layout, and redesigned all-seasons front porch. The finished interior includes three (3) second floor bedrooms with private bathrooms, one (1) ADA accessible bedroom suite on the first floor, a kitchenette, and a common lounge area with communal restroom. The existing building and surrounding hardscapes were also modified to become ADA accessible.
