This project consisted of site preparation for placement of a six-wide modular office building to house the Coumadin Clinic at the Richard L. Roudebush V.A. Medical Center Cold Spring Road Campus. A design to remove / replace existing concrete sidewalks or sections of roadway was provided. Removal of trees was performed as necessary, and site was graded for an at-grade level entrance to the modular building. Footers / piers were placed at matelines, and foundation walls were constructed for modular units, which included a French drain. Connections to the storm water system from the constructed French drain and down spouts for the modular building were provided. Vapor barrier and secure access was provided for the crawl space area. The modular building entrance was connected to the parking and concrete sidewalks. The new electric connection for the modular building was tied in to the current V.A. site electric connection, and a metering device was added along with an upgrade to electrical power supply as necessary. The new water connection was also tied into the current V.A. site water connection, and a metering device was added along with an upgrade to water supply as necessary.
